Employees’ Innovative Work Behavior and Change Management Phases in Government Institutions: The Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing

چکیده

The change management process in government institutions includes many challenges that require identifying the factors may facilitate such a process. This study aims to examine mediating impact of knowledge sharing (KS) on relationship between employees’ innovative work behavior (EIWB) and phases governmental institutions, based Lewin’s model. data were collected from 300 employees working Saudi Arabia using structured survey questionnaire method. Structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) with bootstrap procedures was used test research hypotheses. results demonstrated KS has significant EIWB stages (unfreezing, process, refreezing). Additionally, had greater effects unfreezing refreezing than phase. These indicate importance promoting encouraging culture for successful implementation programs institutions.
